1650's Corset

This lace front corset offers the perfect mid-seventeenth century silhouette with an open oval scooping neckline and straps that hug the shoulder's edge.  The straps can be made in stretch fabric to accommodate arm movement.  The stretch fabric straps combined with the openness of the armseye front and back make this an excellent choice for theatrical use.  The "cross-boning" in the center back panel offer the wearer considerable back support. This 1650's corset has been dubbed one of the most comfortable of all period corset styles.
